Everyone had a great time and I received so many compliments on the food. It was EXCELLENT!!! I’ve also had some folks interested in knowing ‘who was the caterer’ so I’m giving information to those who ask. Sorry I didn’t get to talk to you during the event but you were VERY BUSY. I am in the process of submitting the voucher for payment but I have one question, the service charge for the caterers is $1,148.76 what is a service charge. People are still raving about how good the food was at the rehearsal, bridal brunch, and reception. The service that you and your staff provided was far above our expectations.
